My perspective
(What lies behind all those statements?)
I work with originals.
Not with versions of them.
Otherwise, we are wasting
each other’s time.
Originals are not flawless, they are unforgettable.
You might know them. People who know deep down who they are and make choices from that place. To the outside world, those choices sometimes seem strange. To them, they do not. You cannot lose that original self. At most, you can lose track of it for a while. I work with that original, not with the adapted version. That is often enlightening. And not always comfortable.
Breaking point or turning point. You choose.
The second half of a career or life does not require harder work, but clearer vision. Choices become less optional. Sometimes they determine what the rest of the second half looks like. That is why recognizing them is important. And the choice you make there is crucial. The time we invest in this together always pays off.
Free space is no coincidence.
My motivation is to create free space. Space in which you make choices that contribute to a life you want to wake up for. That requires courage. Not going with the flow. That is what I am after. I am not satisfied until then.
Remaining original under pressure, that is what it is about.
Important choices rarely happen in moments of calm. Something is at stake. It is precisely then that people fall back into old reflexes. That is why I work with mental fitness and in-depth coaching. So that you remain clear when things get tense.
And can choose from who you truly are. That version is not perfect. But it is unforgettable.
